This year's unusual name

Normally, I create a new blog each year that has at a minimum the general area we intend to gather in next year. Because things are so up in the air and will take months for a vision to start emerging, this year's blog is just 2021. 

The folks on the land in Idaho 2020 reached a consensus to go to specific national forests in the states of New Mexico or Arizona last year. 
 
Many people had a vision of doing the 2021 gathering in Idaho. 
 

"Prism" is the word

The word I've been hearing about gathering to pray and/or meditate for world peace this 4th of July is this idea of a prism that refracts the light. The metaphor seems backwards to but the basic idea that that we have points of light scattered about the USA. Local gatherings, regionals gatherings and more.

 

That being said, if you aren't already part of the discussions, there is a recurring Sunday night Zoom webinar/conference call that starts at 6 p.m. Pacific daylight savings time, aka left coast time. More energy is needed to step forward if this vision is to become a reality.

As an aside, most people I know are planning to be in Colorado in 2022 for the 50th anniversary gathering.

      I hope SOMEBODY takes over the Rainbow Guide.I worked on it in 2003 & 4.It is missed!

      I'm not sure what WelcomeHome.org will do. I'm guessing that as June rolls along I will have at the very least phone numbers for all the various gatherings posted here. I'm trying to respect the wishes of the focalizers.

Where will the prism gatherings (plural) be?

Updated 6/23/2021 at 3 PM Pacific Time This year is shaping up to be multiple smaller gatherings and/or camp outs over the July 4th prayer for world peace. Some of these gatherings will have an emphasis on COVID-19 safety protocols, others perhaps not so much. Many people may chose not to gather.  The idea is not to have one large gathering, but to spread points of light around the land.   The pandemic is still on-going and many of us take this very seriously.  The idea is that of the prism where the light comes in an refracts out to many points around the USA. A lot of this is off the raider and very confusing. There are frequent Zoom webinars/conference calls where the plans are being discussed and people are being asked to plug in to different efforts.
